You will receive an email confirming your order. You can then print a copy of the invoice for your own record; we will also send a copy with your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be despatched by 1st Class Royal Mail Normal Delivery. In most cases the order is delivered to the provided address within 1-3 days. This method ensures that customers are not spending too much on delivery.
If I order more than one item, will I pay more for shipping?
The shipping cost is calculated automatically depending on the weight of the items.
Why is giant balloon’s delivery cost lower than other balloon sellers?
We don’t believe in charging our customers a higher delivery price or a fixed price. We feel the delivery cost needs to be fair, and our customers should pay according to the weight of the order.
Why are your giant balloons cheaper than others?
We purchase the giant balloons directly from our partners.
Do I need to be a Paypal customer to purchase?
You can purchase without being a registered Paypal customer. You can pay by using most credit cards through the fully secure Paypal website. You can also use Google Checkout if you prefer.

Do you deliver giant balloons inflated or uninflated?
Giant balloons are delivered uninflated.
Can I inflate these Giant Balloons with helium? And can I buy helium from you?
All giant balloons can be inflated with helium. Currently we do not supply helium gas. There are various companies on the net who supply disposable and refillable cylinders.
How can I inflate my giant balloon?
We would advise you to use a Giant balloons pump that can be used to inflate 2ft, 2.5ft and 3ft. To inflate a giant 4ft, 5ft & 6ft round balloon and the giant long 5ft & 8ft balloons we recommend you use an electrical inflator (pump). There are various electrical inflators on the market; it does have to be suitable for high pressure inflating.
Can I have something printed on the giant balloons?
Printing on Giant Balloons is possible. They do however take a few weeks. If you have a specific order, please e-mail us with details, and we can provide a quotation for you.
Are Giant balloons safe?
Giant Balloons are made from 100% latex, and are biodegradable. Latex balloons take the same time to biodegrade as an oak leaf. Giant balloons are safe for people to play with or use for decorations.
Not suitable for children under the age of 3. Please make sure that you keep deflated and broken pieces of balloons away from children under the age of eight. Discard broken balloons at once. Adult supervision is required, only adults must inflate balloons and make sure children are using them correctly, using either a hand pump or an electrical pump. Keep balloons at a safe distance from your eyes, face and do not inflate by mouth since the burst of a balloon could cause injury. If you adult/children have latex allergy please do not handle any latex balloons.
