If you are having problems completing the purchase using Paypal, please follow these steps:

 

• Once you have reached the Giant Balloons page where the purchase button appears. ‘Press the purchase button’.
• This will lead you onto the paypal payment page. If you can see paypal but cannot proceed past this page, it is because the cookies set-up on you computer does not allow the paypal cookies to appear, this can be rectified by allowing cookies to appear only on the paypal site. You can do this by double click on the eye symbol on the bottom of the page bar.
• A new windows opens, which says privacy report
• Double click where it says https://www.paypal.com on this window.
• This opens a new window called privacy report, on this window it asks ‘how should cookies from paypal.com be handled.
• You will need to choose the centre button where it says ‘Always allow the site to use cookies’
• Then click on OK
• Close the privacy report
• Then press F5 on the keypad or click on refresh on the internet toolbar
• This will allow you to continue with the order either by logging into paypal, if you have a paypal account, or by clicking the continue link, where it says, don’t have a paypal account.
